Shipping policy

All verified orders will be processed as quickly as possible.  Each item purchased goes through a second quality control step to ensure that your order is correct before packaging. Once the order has been packaged, it will be shipped as soon as possible.  Delays can occur for example on Sundays and statutory holidays when our shipper is closed.  All of our products are typically shipped through Canada Post.  We are not responsible for any delays once the package has been received by Canada Post.  Each customer will receive updates via email on the status of their order.
