Crafted from organic cotton and organic cottolin (60% cotton/40% linen), the subtle olive green compliments the natural, undyed cotton threads that are carefully woven together with natural cotton bouclé.  The bouclé gives a knobby texture that both feels wonderful to the touch and helps to increase the towel`s absorbency.  The linen adds strength, ensuring the towel can withstand the rigors of the modern kitchen.
